Christians please answer! BAD DREAM!?

if God were to speak to a person in a dream, his message would be in perfect agreement with his word. due to my belief in the inspiration, authority, and sufficiency of scripture, i find it highly unlikely that God regularly speaks through dreams today. at the same time, i cannot conclusively deny the possibility based on scripture.
