Will a team from Ukraine win the UEFA cup?

Team from Ukraine never won this trophy before. Dynamo Kiev won Cup Winners' Cup twice, it was in 1974/75 and 1985/86 but Ukraine was belong for USSR in these years. I think Shakhtar have big chance to win UEFA Cup this year, I wish them all the best. Dynamo Kiev won't win.
