Is the Holy Bible meant to be understood by everyone... or... ONLY those who are of God's family?

This question is a bit tricky. Basically, every person on earth is able to understand the Holy Bible. But in fact, not everyone understands it, because not every person has the required humility to listen to what the teacher says.
