Does he like me or is he just being nice, he says he doest like to disrepect gurls?

i talk 2 dis guy we usually talk like 1 or 2 hrs on da fone, we only seen each other twice though. his always caling me bby, and tells me 2 sneak out cuz he wants 2 c me, his perfect 4 me doesnt drink or smoke .. wat should i do?? does he like me??
