St Patrick's Day, Minneapolis?

I live in the Twin Cities area and am looking for something fun to do with my guy friend that DOES NOT involve drinking. He doesn't drink and neither do I. Any good ideas? We can't really do anything until about 7pm or later. Thanks :)
