I was wondering if any one has had a hysterectomy latley and if so , any advice on recovery tips?

Just take it easy as possible, take your pain meds on time, don't make them play catch up. Don't lift anything heavy, that REALLY hurts. Having mine was the best thing I ever did, don't miss the monthly visits at all!!
