Is thi a normal thing to feel when i only been with the guy for a year?

ive been going out with my boyfriend for almost a year, (it'll be a year in march) me and him NEVER talk about serious things for example, if we ever want to get married or how many children we want, or even things like what would i name my first child?! but honestly i think about that stuff all the time! its not even funny i seriously see myself marrying him and having his babys and growing old togetherrrr ugh it just frustrates me because i have a gut feeling that he feels the same but then again i could be wrong because he doesnt show any type of sign that he feels the same way or even thinks about this kind of stuff! and he is 22 so maybe he still to young to think about it, well idk kuz im only 18! help me please! :(
