My boyfriend is very ticklish.. help?

my boyfriend is ticklish almost everywhere! i try to do y things like lick his ear or parts of his body, but everytime i try to do something like that he starts laughing and it turns me off. his are even ticklish and i want to touch them and stuff but he wont let me. those kinds of things get me in the mood but he wont do them to me and wont let me do them to him... what do i do?
