My nipple is leaking clear fluid, could i be pregnant?

Im currently ttc and this is our second month trying...i just noticed today that when i took my bra off my left nipple was leaking clear fluid a little...???? i noticed this with last pregnancy but never this early??? anyone else experience this , this early on??? im suppose to start my next period on dec. 29th... my bbs are also sore and feel heavy and im constipated...headache very tired and other ones too!!! thanks
