Should I get a hysterectomy?

I am 37, hubby and I are infertile anyway, I have severe menstrual cramps, severe endometrosis and very heavy bleeding. I was put on the Marina IUC and the bleeding is gone but I still have terrible cramping. I know there is no chance of getting preggo and I am to old for that anyway and don't have the energy or Patience I used to. lol I think it will help with the endo pain very much.
